Please note that returned products cannot be dropped back at our warehouse or offices. We therefore we recommend placing a new order and returning the original product for a refund. It normally takes us about 10 working days to process a return once the returned items have been received into our warehouse. We recommend that you take your package to a post office and send via recorded delivery (or similar), as Windwave cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during transit of your parcel to our offices.
